How to Generate Articles
Knowmatic leverages narrated screen recordings to generate articles. When creating a new article, users have two different options for producing these screen recordings:
Uploading a Pre-recorded Video: You can use any screen recording software of your choosing to record your initial video. Once you've recorded your desired input and saved it to your device, you can simply upload to Knowmatic to generate your new article.
Knowmatic's Chrome Extension: Knowmatic has its own Chrome Extension, available in the Chrome Web Store. Easily record from within your browser and automatically generate your content.
Tips for Optimizing Content
To ensure the best results when using Knowmatic, keep the following in mind when you're recording your input:
Aim for a video length between two and ten minutes. If the process you want to record is longer than that, consider breaking it up across multiple articles.
Be descriptive as you narrate your actions. Clearly articulate the steps you're performing on screen, and avoid using vague terms like "that button."
Don't worry about perfection! Part of the benefit of Knowmatic is that you don't have to write a detailed script or rehearse your lines. Even if you stumble on your works or don't phrase things perfectly, Knowmatic can still create quality content.
