The Knowmatic web app offers a streamlined process for uploading videos, editing articles, and exporting content to other platforms. This guide will walk you through each step to ensure you can efficiently manage your content within the app.
Uploading a Video
To upload a video directly through the Knowmatic web app:
Log in to your account to access the homepage.
Click on the Choose File button at the top of the page.
Select the video file you wish to upload.
Click Submit to begin the upload process, which may take around 60 seconds.
Once the upload is complete, the app will generate an article from your video content.
Editing an Article
After your video has been processed and an article is created, you can make various edits to customize the content:
Access the Edit Mode: Click on the Edit button located at the top right of the article page.
Modify Text: You can delete or alter the text as needed.
Adjust Titles: Edit the article's title for better clarity or impact.
Format Text: Use keyboard shortcuts to apply bold formatting to emphasize key points.
Inserting GIFs
To add visual interest and clarity to your articles, you can insert new GIFs:
Click on the Insert GIF button within the edit page.
A pop-up will appear, prompting you to specify the start and end times for the GIF.
After setting the time interval, click Save to create and insert the new GIF into the article.
Remember to save your changes to ensure all edits are updated in the article.
Exporting Content
Knowmatic allows you to easily copy and paste your content into external platforms:
Click on the Copy button to copy the entire article to your clipboard.
The app will notify you once the copying is complete.
You can then paste the content into any external site or platform using the paste command (e.g., Command-V for Mac users).
